Perfect lunchtime meal – jam packed with protein & healthy fats!!
- 1 can flaked white tuna in water (drained)
- 1 med avocado
- spinach leaves
- 2 whole grain wraps
- himalayan salt/pepper
- 2 tsp cumin
- Mix tuna and avocado together until combined.
- Add salt, black pepper & cumin.
- Evenly divide between two whole grain wraps and top with fresh spinach leaves.
- Roll tightly.
