Avocado Tuna Wrap

Perfect lunchtime meal – jam packed with protein & healthy fats!!

Ingredients

  • 1 can flaked white tuna in water (drained)
  • 1 med avocado
  • spinach leaves
  • 2 whole grain wraps
  • himalayan salt/pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin

Directions

  • Mix tuna and avocado together until combined.
  • Add  salt, black pepper & cumin.
  • Evenly divide between two whole grain wraps and top with fresh spinach leaves.
  • Roll tightly.
  • Enjoy!
