- 1/4 – 1/2 cup large flake oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ginger and cloves
- Place all ingredients into a mason jar.
- Put on lid and shake until well combined.
- Place in the fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning!
