Chipotle Turkey Burgers


Ingredients

  • 2 lb lean ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup large flake oats
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 chipotle peppers, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • himalayan salt & black pepper (to taste)


Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix together until everything is combined.
  • With clean hands, form into 8 patties.
  • Grill until fully cooked.
  • Serve on a flat out bun with hot peppers and mustard.
  • Enjoy!
