Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground turkey
- 3/4 cup large flake oats
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 chipotle peppers, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- himalayan salt & black pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix together until everything is combined.
- With clean hands, form into 8 patties.
- Grill until fully cooked.
- Serve on a flat out bun with hot peppers and mustard.
