- 4 oz grilled chicken breast (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 6 chopped walnut halves
- 1 Tbsp dried unsweetened cranberries
- 2 tsp curry powder
- Himalayan salt & black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Eat with lettuce leaves, or whole grain tortilla
* also GREAT over spinach or greens for a yummy salad.
