These “balls” are just what you need when looking for an energy boost. PERFECT snack before a long run or MTB ride.
Ingredients
- 1 cup large flake oats
- 2 Tbs hemp seeds
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 2 Tbs raw cacao nibs
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- heavy sprinkle of cinnamon
- dash of himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 6 large medjool dates (pitted & chopped)
Directions
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Place all the ingredients into a large bowl.
- Stir to fully combine.
- Form into 1 inch balls.
- Store refrigerated!
