My kids absolutely LOVE this meal …..little do they know just how healthy it is for them. Packed with energy filled carbs, muscle building proteins, and healthy fats to keep them satisfied. Flavorful and so yummy!!
- sprouted brown rice (cooked)
- black beans (drained & rinsed)
- organic corn
- avocado (cubed)
- white organic cheese (shredded)
- organic salsa
- Place rice in a bowl.
- Assemble the remaining ingredients on top of the rice.
- Mix together and enjoy!
