As a Mind & Body Nutrition Practitioner, I help you unpack and unlearn the outdated, unrealistic and dis-empowering approaches to health, fitness and nutrition and embrace a healthier mindset around food, movement, body image and self.
During the initial session, we will discuss your goals and explore your current relationship with food, eating and your body. Including your diet history and eating behaviors.
Our follow-up session (s) will focus on revisiting your goals and creating an actionable plan to help you move forward to living your happiest & healthiest life.
