Tis the season for all things pumpkin!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup large flake oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 6 raw pecan halves
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
Directions
- Place oats and chia seeds in a bowl or jar.
- Pour boiling water over top, place a plate or lid over top.
- Allow to set (about 10mins).
- Once set stir in pumpkin.
- Top with yogurt, pecans and syrup.
- ENJOY!
