I have never been a fan of pumpkin pie, yes I know call me weird. There’s just something about the texture that doesn’t appeal to me. However, this pumpkin pie smoothie is a whole other story. Simply AMAZING!!
- 1.5 cups oat milk (almond, cashew, cow)
- 1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- 2 dates
- small handful of raw almonds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- handful ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
