- 2 hard boiled eggs (keeping 1 yolk)
- 1/3 of an avocado
- 1 whole grain wrap
- handful of organic greens or spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup match stick carrots
- 2 slices of tomato
- hamalayan salt & pepper
- Simple mash the eggs with the avocado, spread on a whole grain flax wrap, topped with organic greens, matchstick carrots , tomatoes, and sprinkle with hmalayan salt & pepper.
