It is with pleasure that I write this testimonial for Simply Made Food & Fitness and Nicole Nordli. I joined Nicole’s “Spring To A Healthy You” in March 2014. I am in ok shape and I always thought I knew what I needed to do as far as exercise & nutrition but I lacked the push, desire, what have you to get moving. I didn’t really know where to start and felt a bit overwhelmed and therefore kept putting it off. I should also mention that my husband and I have our own business and two small children; needless to say life is busy. Nicole really does make things simple. The workouts are simple and once you understand how to fuel your body the clean way it too becomes simple. I have a binder full of recipes and ideas and a wall covered in different exercises that take about 30 minutes to do, no excuses now. What I absolutely love about Simply Made Food & Fitness is Nicole’s honesty about life, but how she makes it work and is always encouraging you to do the same. Just when any self doubt pops in to my head Nicole is posting something to tell me I am not alone and that I can do it. In just 2 1/5 months I have seen awesome results in my body and I know it will continue and I know it will stay because this is a lifestyle not a diet or a fad. I would highly recommend simply made food and fitness.
