This is a FABULOUS alternative to pasta and a great way to eat your veggies!
Ingredients
- 1 large carrot
- 2 sm zucchinis
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- garlic powder
- himalayan salt & pepper
Directions
- Wash and dry vegetables
- With a vegetable peeler or spiralizer and peel long thin slices
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add veggie slices
- Saute for a few minutes
- Top with lean protein and desired pasta topping ……
