Vegetable Noodles

This is a FABULOUS alternative to pasta and a great way to eat your veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 sm zucchinis
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • garlic powder
  • himalayan salt & pepper

Directions

  • Wash and dry vegetables
  • With a vegetable peeler or spiralizer and  peel long thin slices
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan and add veggie slices
  • Saute for a few minutes
  • Top with lean protein and desired pasta topping ……
