Hi, I’m Nicole
I believe midlife is our time to thrive, not just survive.
For over 15 years, my work has been dedicated to helping women leave the diet mentality, heal their relationship with food and movement, and learn to trust their bodies again. Through my online programs, I’ve supported women as they created a much healthier approach to nourishing and caring for themselves.
But as we hit our 40s, 50s, and beyond, the conversation has to go deeper.
At 53, I know firsthand that what worked for us in our 30s simply doesn’t apply anymore. We aren’t just talking about basic nutrition; we are navigating the very real physical shifts of menopause, changing hormones, and trying to find our footing in a completely new season of life.

I combine my coaching experience with my training as a menopause specialist to offer the support and guidance you need for this transition. My goal isn’t just to help you manage symptoms. It is to help you step into this next chapter feeling strong, confident,
and comfortable in your own body.
A Little About Me
I’m a certified menopause specialist, mind-body nutrition practitioner, and eating psychology coach. I hold certifications through Precision Nutrition (Levels 1 and 2) and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
But most importantly, I’m a wife, a proud mama to four grown children, and so excited to be stepping into my brand new role as Gigi! Living on beautiful Vancouver Island, you can usually find me out exploring the local trails on my mountain bike or enjoying a walk
with my goldendoodle, Oscar.
My Approach
I don’t believe in diets, restriction, or deprivation. I believe in understanding your body’s signals, your habits, your history with food, and your relationship with yourself, and using that understanding to build something that has you thriving. It’s about working on your daily habits across nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset, and making the tweaks you need so you actually feel better in your body through these changes. Let’s figure out what those tweaks look like for you.
