The first group that I joined of Nicole's was the summer of 2014. I had just finished boot camp at the club I belonged to and wanted to keep doing something different but not at the club as my membership was ending. So when I looked at Nicole's Simply Made Summer Camp I decided to try it. I am now about to join the third group, as I have had so much fun and feel so much stronger than I have in a long time!
The workouts are as easy or as hard as you want to make them. They are easy to follow and can be done at home with no problem whatsoever. Nicole is always available to answer any questions or make suggestions for tweaking the workout to best suit your needs. And the people in the group have made this the best experience!! The people are "real" and open and honest and I have never actually met any of them! You not only get the workouts, you also get recipes and meal suggestions and tons of ideas for healthy living. This is not a diet program. It is a healthy living program which is even better.

It is with pleasure that I write this testimonial for Simply Made Food & Fitness and Nicole Nordli. I joined Nicole’s "Spring To A Healthy You" in March 2014. I am in ok shape and I always thought I knew what I needed to do as far as exercise & nutrition but I lacked the push, desire, what have you to get moving. I didn't really know where to start and felt a bit overwhelmed and therefore kept putting it off. I should also mention that my husband and I have our own business and two small children; needless to say life is busy. Nicole really does make things simple. The workouts are simple and once you understand how to fuel your body the clean way it too becomes simple. I have a binder full of recipes and ideas and a wall covered in different exercises that take about 30 minutes to do, no excuses now. What I absolutely love about Simply Made Food & Fitness is Nicole’s honesty about life, but how she makes it work and is always encouraging you to do the same. Just when any self doubt pops in to my head Nicole is posting something to tell me I am not alone and that I can do it. In just 2 1/5 months I have seen awesome results in my body and I know it will continue and I know it will stay because this is a lifestyle not a diet or a fad. I would highly recommend simply made food and fitness.
Nicole, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your "Fall Back into Routine 2014" fitness & healthy eating group. I learnt so much in the last 12 weeks about healthy eating and fitness and I cannot thank you enough! Anytime anyone had a question or comment you were available with advice and knowledge. Your daily posts were so motivating and encouraging, your workouts were challenging and fun and your recipes were healthy and delicious for the entire family. I will definitely be joining your next group in the New Year and I can't wait!

I have been part of Nicole's groups since 2014. I love the fact that I can workout at home, on my schedule and yet have all the tools, support, education and encouragement whenever I need it. The women in the group are amazing and even though I haven't met a lot of them, I feel the love and support like they were a great friend. This group keeps me motivated and wanting to continue this healthy journey. Thank you Nicole for creating a private, secure, easy yet challenging program ANYONE can follow. It's truly a lifestyle and not a fad diet.
I started following Nicole and her page Simply Made Food & Fitness on Facebook last year. I loved the simplicity of her recipes and the fact that all the ingredients were easily accessible from the grocery store. I finally met her in person and was lucky enough to join a 6 week boot camp she was just starting. I was hooked. Her workouts were exactly what I was looking for. Short, intense, full body, able to do at home, and easy to modify if necessary. I decided to join her 12 week Summer program and am now going into my 4th program with her. The group of ladies are supportive, encouraging, on the same path to health and REAL. Plus I get to eat!! Real Food, Real exercises, Real Results!!! Simply Made Food & Fitness 3 month challenge far exceeded what I had hoped to receive when I signed up. I have done online fitness challenges before but never one that was so well planned and organized. The exercise routines are physically challenging but easy to follow. What I enjoyed the most though we're the healthy eating recipes and ideas that are posted on a regular basis. I like that this is about eating real food and meals you can make for your whole family. I will %100 be doing the next challenge and would recommend this to everyone.
I have had the pleasure to be a part of many of Nicole's programs. I have finally found a forever home...the workouts are clear and easy to follow but still challenging. Her approach to food is aligned with mine, she shares the most amazing recipes focused on whole foods.
