As an anti-diet, Mind & Body Nutrition Practitioner, I help you shift your perspective on food & movement, as you unpack and unlearn the habits and behaviours that keep you stuck in a disordered dieting mindset and embrace a healthier approach in how you eat, move and view your body.
During the initial session, we will explore your current relationship with food and your body. Including your dieting history and eating/exercise behaviours.
Our follow-up session (s) will be centred around shifting your mindset from one of deprivation to one of self-care, to help you move forward to living your happiest & healthiest life.
