Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie

Oooh this one will have thinking you just ate a piece of the real thing….


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Kaizen Naturals)
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • a pinch of ginger
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • handful of ice
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes


  • Place all ingredients (except coconut) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with coconut.
  • Enjoy!!
