Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup natural nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
- 1 cup granola (I used my homemade one)
Directions
- Wash and core apples
- Slice each apple into four horizontal slices.
- Mix together the nut butter and granola.
- Spread the mixture over four apple slices
- Place the other four slices on top to make a sandwich.
