Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip
The PERFECT after school snack!! High in protein and a good source of healthy fats!  Or skip the fruit and whole grain pretzels and eat as a pudding!!


  • 1 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp real maple syrup
  • cinnamon


  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined.
  • Serve with whole grain pretzels and apple & banana slices.
