Great with apple & pear slices, whole grain pita chips or simply as a pudding on it’s on.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Directions
- Place first 3 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add sugar, syrup and spices.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour into a dish and chill 30 minutes before serving.
