Avocado & Smoked Salmon Toast

Such a simple breakfast (or anytime meal) to make. These flavors meld together beautifully, and make a perfectly balanced healthy meal.


  • sourdough bread (toasted)
  • ripe avocado (mashed)
  • red onion slices
  • smoked salmon lox


  • Simply spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread, top with red onion slices and smoked salmon.
  • ENJOY!

* swap out the avocado for whipped cream cheese. Add dijon mustard and capers.
