- 4 -6 large handfuls organic mixed greens
- 1 apple (thinly sliced and sprinkled with cinnamon)
- 1/4 cup roasted pecans
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese petals (or grated)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- himalayan salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Place dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing.
