Simply Made Smoothies

Simply Made Smoothies for a week!! Simply “prep” your favorite smoothie concoction , pour into a mason jar ( be sure to leave a little head room) place on a lid and store in the freezer. Take out the night before to enjoy in the morning… Or use as an ice pack in your cooler for lunch and it will be perfectly thawed to enjoy later in the day!! These are PERFECT for quick meals on the go!!

You can pretty much use any fruit/veggie combo you like…with added kale, etc…. the above is Strawberry/banana with unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla protein powder and Pineapple/banana with spinach, almond milk and vanilla protein powder.

*I sometimes add natural nut butters, pure extracts, honey, plain greek yogurt, hemp hearts, chia seeds or flax seed……the possibilities are endless!!
