Salted Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup  unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • Himalayan salt (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place all of the ingredients into a bowl.
  • Stir until fully combined.
  • Spoon mixture onto a prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle with himalayan salt.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
