Simple Avocado & Egg Wrap
This avocado & egg wrap can be made in minutes. Giving you a balanced lunch, full of protein, healthy fats, complex  & fibrous carbs.


  • 2 hard boiled eggs (keeping 1 yolk)
  • 1/3 of an avocado
  • 1 whole grain wrap
  • handful of organic greens or spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup match stick carrots
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • hamalayan salt & pepper


  • Simple mash the eggs with the avocado, spread on a whole grain flax wrap, topped with organic greens, matchstick carrots , tomatoes, and sprinkle with hmalayan salt & pepper.
