Simple Oatmeal Bowl
I love making my meals look pretty, I feel that it really adds to the whole experience and brings more pleasure to the meal. I LOVE the simplicity of these “Simple Oatmeal Bowl’s because you can  pick  & choose a different topping each day. Simply cook your oats (I like a mixture of large flake & steel cut), then spread into a bowl and  top  with your favorite topping…… fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butter, greek yogurt, chia seeds, hemp hearts…etc…
*Above I used, 1 cup of oats (cooked amount) with 3 sliced strawberries, 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 of a banana, 3 Tbsp raw walnuts and a sprinkle of chia seeds & hemp hearts.
