- Wild salmon fillets
- Black pepper
- Minced garlic
- Organic Dijon Mustard
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon skin side down on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Spread generously with minced garlic.
- Top the garlic with mustard.
- Place uncovered in the oven on the middle rack.
- Bake until cooked all the way through (about 25 mins) and golden brown on top.
