Simple Baked Dijon Salmon

Mmmmm this salmon melts in your mouth!


  • Wild salmon fillets
  • Black pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Organic Dijon Mustard


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place salmon skin side down on parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with black pepper.
  • Spread generously with minced garlic.
  • Top the garlic with mustard.
  • Place uncovered in the oven on the middle rack.
  • Bake until cooked all the way through (about 25 mins) and golden brown on top.
