Pumpkin Pie Oats
Tis the season for all things pumpkin!


  • 1/4 cup large flake oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 6 raw pecan halves
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup


  • Place oats and chia seeds in a bowl or jar.
  • Pour boiling water over top, place a plate or lid over top.
  • Allow to set (about 10mins).
  • Once set stir in pumpkin.
  • Top with yogurt, pecans and syrup.
  • ENJOY!
