Simple Chickpea, Tomato & Avocado Salad

No real recipe needed – just simple, whole food ingredients, like chickpeas, sliced grape tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cucumbers & avocado, topped with feta cheese and a simple dressing.

For the dressing, simply place the ingredients below into a mason jar and shake. *Makes about 4 servings

  • 3 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • himalayan salt & black pepper (to taste)
