- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups organic salsa
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker and cover with salsa.
- Cover and set timer on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir with salsa.
- Serve in whole grains wraps or lettuce boats with avocado and cheese or top brown rice, quinoa, salad, etc…..
*Optional ~ stir in 1 can of organic black beans and 1 -2 cups of organic corn
