Simply Made Soup In A Jar

This is such a SUPER SIMPLE meal prep for lunches, dinners or meals on the go.


  • 3 Tbsp truRoots sprouted lentil trio (dry)
  • 1/2 carrot (sliced thin)
  • 1 stalk celery (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cup frozen organic peas
  • 1/4 cup frozen organic corn
  • 1/4 sweet pepper (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 cup cabbage mix
  • 4 grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • 2 Tbsp green onions (sliced thin)
  • 1 organic bouillon cube
  • himalayan salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 (50gr) square rice stick noodles

*feel free to add what ever spices you like for extra flavor.


  • Place all the ingredients into a large mason jar.
  • Fill with boiling, hot water.
  • Cover with a lid and allow to set for 5-10 mins.
  • Once set, give it a good stir to combine all the yumminess.
