- 1 flat out flat bread
- 1 Tbsp pesto sauce
- 1 cup sauteed spinach, onion, zucchini
- 4 pieces sun dried tomatoes ( not in oil)
- 3 oz sliced grilled chicken
- 15 grams smoked old cheddar cheese
- Place flat bread on a baking pan.
- Top with pesto sauce.
- Add veggies and dried tomatoes.
- Top with Chicken.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place in the oven and broil until golden brown.
