Pina Colada Yogurt Pops

A yummy summer treat – with only 58 calories each!


  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops natural vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract


  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and fully mixed.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds, and place in the freezer to set.

Makes 10 popsicles ~ per popsicle 58 calories, 6gr carbs, 1gr fat, 7gr protein, 4gr sugar, 1gr fiber
